Remove.Live is a free, browser-based image background removal tool. The Service uses artificial intelligence models that run locally in your browser via WebAssembly (WASM). Your images are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
The Service supports JPEG, PNG, and WebP image files up to 50MB. It provides transparent PNG and white-background JPG downloads at the original image resolution.
3. No Account Required
You do not need to create an account, provide personal information, or sign up to use the Service. Access is immediate and unrestricted.
4. User Obligations
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- Not upload images that contain illegal content as defined by applicable law.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service source code for malicious purposes.
- Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a way that degrades performance for others.
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Process images depicting child exploitation or abuse.
- Create or distribute deepfakes intended to deceive, defraud, or harass.
- Violate intellectual property rights of others.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code through the Service.

6. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all images you upload and process through the Service. We do not claim any rights to your content. Since your images are processed locally and never uploaded to our servers, we have no access to your files.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use and edit any images you process.
7. Intellectual Property
The Remove.Live website, its design, code, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Remove.Live. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service code or branding without written permission.
The AI models used by the Service (U2Net, Silueta) are open-source and are subject to their respective licenses.
8. Availability
We strive to keep the Service available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remove.Live shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of data, images, or files during processing.
- Inaccurate background removal results.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
- Issues caused by your browser, device, or internet connection.
Since the Service runs entirely on your device, processing results depend on your device's hardware capabilities.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms.
Since no account is required, termination may involve blocking access from specific IP addresses or networks if abuse is detected.
